    You cannot request to delete the inquiry before it has been created.

    How to fix this error?

    If the inquiry has status 'In Preparation' or 'Ready for Inquiry', this
    inquiry exists only locally in the SAP system. This means you only need
    to delete the data record locally. Deleting an inquiry does not have to
    be requested by means of DME.
