Check whether it is correct that the insurance number is incomplete
(for example, due to an initial notification) and, if necessary,
complete the insurance number in the <LS>VBL/SPF Data</> infotype
(0051). Repeat the payroll run so that the complete insurance number is
saved in the payroll results.
