person at the Social Insurance and the national databank. The modulo
97 is a check against the composition of the number. An error has been
detected for this number.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If a person has not yet a government register number (the number is
written on the back of the identity card), it can be asked at the ASLK
on the basis of the pension number.
The demand of the government register number can be done by document or
directly by tape ( via Social Insurance ). Sometimes the Social
Insurance will provide you this info after the first quarterly
declaration without this number.
