If a person has not yet a government register number (the number is
written on the back of the identity card), it can be asked at the ASLK
on the basis of the pension number.
The demand of the government register number can be done by document or
directly by tape ( via Social Insurance ). Sometimes the Social
Insurance will provide you this info after the first quarterly
declaration without this number.
