Enter the appropriate number in the <LS>Qualifying children</> field.
If the employee is <ZH>not </>eligible for the EIC tax benefit, proceed
as follows:
Leave the <LS>EIC status</> as <LB>Not Applicable</> (zero).
Leave the <LS>Qualifying children</> field blank.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
