SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: 5Q - Error Texts for Public Sector

  • Message number: 483

  • Message text: Collection of addit. KZNN notification with same Zusy ID &1 not done yet

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

In the program run, a KZ01 response was already processed for a ZK01
notification with the same identification number (Zusy ID) that is not
    assigned to a personnel number.

    System Response

    When the report program <DS:RE.RPCZFAD0_OUTBOUND>RPCZFAD0_OUTBOUND</>
runs, only one KZ01 response is processed for unassigned ZK01
notifications when there are multiple Zusy IDs. This is to prevent the
situation that notifications with the same Zusy ID and the same creation
date are rejected by the ZfA and sent back with an error message.

    How to fix this error?

The KZ01 notifications that are not collected due to a duplicate Zusy ID
are selected again the next time that the report program
    <DS:RE.RPCZFAD0_OUTBOUND>RPCZFAD0_OUTBOUND</> runs.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    2. Incomplete Processing: The system may not have completed the processing of previous notifications before attempting to collect additional ones.
    3. Configuration Issues: There may be issues in the configuration of the notification types or the way they are linked to the Zusy ID.

    Solution:

To resolve this error, you can take the following steps:

    1. Check for Duplicate Notifications:

      • Use transaction codes like IW28 (for PM notifications) or QM03 (for QM notifications) to review notifications with the same Zusy ID.

    2. Process Pending Notifications:

      • Ensure that all previous notifications associated with the same Zusy ID have been processed or closed.
      • If there are notifications that are still open, address them before attempting to collect additional notifications.
    3. Review Configuration:

      • Check the configuration settings for notifications in the relevant module (QM or PM) to ensure that they are set up correctly.
