notifications in the file could not be processed successfully. An
example of when a notification cannot be processed would be if an
original notification could not be identified for a return notification.
The file remains in the inbound directory.
Check each of the messages to determine why specific notifications could
not be processed. Once you have resolved the cause of the error, you can
import the file again. Any notifications that were previously processed
are ignored.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
