    In the <LS>Infotype Screen Control (T588M)</> view, you have defined the
    tab fields <LS>Q0632-EXTXT</> and <LS>Q0632-R3TXT</> (for entering
    substitute employee data) as required entry fields.
    The <LS>SR Subsidy</> field is also selected, but you have not entered
    sufficient information about the substitute employee. An entitlement to
    a semiretirement subsidy exists only if a substitute employee is hired
    within three months of an employee entering semiretirement.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Enter information about the substitute employee (within the defined
    period). If the substitute employee data
    Has already been entered in the system, enter the relevant personnel
    number.
    When you press Enter, the system fills the substitute employee fields
    with the missing data.
    Has not yet been entered in the system, you must manually enter the
    substitute employee's last name, first name, and form of address.
    You can suppress the mandatory entry of substitute employee data by
    changing the input control in the <LS>Infotype Screen Control (T588M)</>
    view.
