  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You have tried to display a list of persons rejected by the step, or a
list of persons for which the payroll has run. However, a program for
displaying this list has not been maintained in the variant record you
have chosen for the step in question.

    System Response

The persons are not listed. Instead, the system continues to display
    the current screen.

    How to fix this error?

Call up the variant record and maintain the program used to display the
persons in question. You can do this via the menu, or by maintaining
view cluster HRDKFIRMVA (for company variant records) or HRDKUSERVA
(for user variant records) via transaction SM34.
For example, you can maintain the former as follows:
Company variant set > Gross payroll > Maintain display variant.
If you use a company variant set, this maintains the program used to
display persons for whom gross payroll accounting has been performed,
or persons who have been rejected. If you require an example of such a
    program, use RPPWF1M1.
