Message text: Report for starting step & not maintained in t5m7g.
You have tried to start a payroll step. However, a program for
performing the step has not been maintained in the variant record you
have chosen for the step in question.
The step is not executed. Instead, the system continues to display the
current screen.
Call up the variant record and maintain the program used to perform the
payroll step. You can do this via the menu, or by maintaining view
cluster HRDKFIRMVA (for company variant records) or HRDKUSERVA (for
user variant records) via transaction SM34.
For example, you can maintain the former as follows: Company variant
set > Gross payroll > Maintain action variant.
This determines the program and variant used to start gross payroll
accounting.
