    You entered a start date before 18.05.2003

    System Response

    The first notices telling you to start paying Working Tax Credit will
    issued during March 2003. However, the start of the 42-day lead-in for
    employers is not effective before 6 April 2003. Therefore the earliest
    that you could must start paying the new Working Tax Credit through
    payroll is 18 May 2003. It is not available to enter the infotype
    record with beginning date before 18.05.2003.

    How to fix this error?

    Enter start date after or equal to 18.05.2003
