    You have entered a date in the field <ZK>Intended start</> (intended
    start date for Statutory Paternity Leave for the birth of a child) that
    is earlier than the expected, or actual, date of birth (<ZK>Expected
    delivery </>or <ZK>Actual delivery date </>fields, respectively). This
    form of Statutory Paternity Leave cannot begin on a date earlier than
    the expected or actual date of birth of the child.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Maintain the field <ZK>Intended start</> with a date on or after the
    expected or actual date of birth of the child.
