Adoption Leave (SAL) on, or no more than two weeks before, the actual
placement date of the adopted child
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Maintain the data in either of these two fields above, to ensure that
SAL begins on, or no more than two weeks before, the actual placement
date of the adopted child.
