What causes this issue?

You do not use the cluster table <ZH>RECOT</>, i.e. the value of
constant COTSS is 0 in the <ZK>Constants (T511K)</> table.

System Response

The system sends a warning message because SAP will no longer support
this configuration as of January 1st 2012.

How to fix this error?

To activate the RECOT functionality, change the value of the <ZH>COTSS
</> constant, so that it's different from 0.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Recommendation:
SAP recommends that you schedule this change, as this transition must
occur when resetting cumulations, i.e. at the end of the fiscal year.
