    The pension scheme with the number &v1& is flagged as inactive in the
    PPO file.
    This means that the pension scheme is not capable of accepting PPO DEUEV
    notifications even though pension schemes are legally required to do so
    in accordance with ?28a SGB IV.

    System Response

    The notification is created with the status <locked>.
    It is not transmitted to the pension scheme and no statement can be
    issued.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
