    You tried to create a DEUEV notification with person group key &V2& and
    employer company number &V3&.
    DEUEV notifications with an employer company number (BBNRVU) that starts
    with '985' or '987' can only be submitted for person group keys 102,
    103, 107, and 111.
    For notification periods as of July 1, 2014, the person group key 102
    may no longer be used.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    The DEUEV notification is created with the status 'With Errors'.
