specified interval. This number is derived by multiplying the frequency
by 7 or by 30, depending on whether the unit chosen is week or month.

How to fix this error?

There are two ways to correct the error:
a) increase the interval by entering a higher frequency.
b) delete the entry that exceeds the number of days in the interval.
