    You cannot access the cluster because you do not have the required
    authorization.

    System Response

    If the cluster authorization is missing, the return code MAIN-SUBRC is
    set to 12 by the cluster import/export RMAC modules. Programs which
    query the MAIN-SUBRC are then terminated if the cluster authorization
    is missing.

    How to fix this error?

    Use transaction SU01 to assign the required authorizations. Enter the
    user ID and select 'Create' or 'Change'. From the 'Maintain user' menu,
    choose 'Authorizations'. Select the required HR cluster authorization
    by entering the object class 'Human resources' and the object 'HR:
    Cluster'.
