The SAP error message 42829 indicates that you are trying to reference a structure that is included in a non-production folder. This typically occurs in the context of ABAP development, where certain objects (like structures, data elements, or domains) are organized into different folders based on their status (e.g., development, quality assurance, production).

    Cause:

    1. Non-Production Folder: The structure you are trying to use is located in a non-production folder (like a development or test folder) and is not available in the production environment.
    2. Transport Issues: The object may not have been transported to the production environment yet, or it may have been deleted or moved.
    3. Authorization Issues: You may not have the necessary authorizations to access objects in the production folder.

    Solution:

    1. Check Object Location: Verify the location of the structure you are trying to reference. Ensure that it is in the correct folder and that it has been transported to the production environment if needed.
    2. Transport the Object: If the structure is in a development or test folder and needs to be used in production, create a transport request to move it to the production environment.
    3. Review Authorizations: Ensure that you have the necessary authorizations to access the structure in the production environment.
    4. Use Alternative Structures: If the structure is not available in production, consider using an alternative structure that is available in the production folder.

    Related Information:

    • Transport Management System (TMS): Familiarize yourself with the TMS in SAP to understand how to manage transports between different environments.
