There is no read or write authorization for one of the clusters to be
converted for table PCL2. It concerns cluster CU (Payroll Directory)
and the country-specific payroll cluster Rx (x stands for the HR
country letter, for example, U for USA).
The conversion program must be cancelled.
Check the authorization P_PCLX for the user. The user must have read
and write authorization for all the clusters in question.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
