System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can only change the status, if the following prerequisites have
been fulfilled:
The budget structure is deleted in the budget period that has just been
extended. You can only do this if the budget structure is still in the
status planned in this budget period.
None of the budgets in the structure have been claimed.
