Solution:
Check User Roles:
- Go to transaction
SU01
(User Maintenance) and enter the user ID.- Check the roles assigned to the user and ensure that the role includes the necessary authorizations for the required authorization group.
Review Authorization Objects:
- Use transaction
SU53
immediately after the error occurs to analyze the authorization check. This transaction shows the last authorization check and can help identify which specific authorization is missing.- Look for the relevant authorization object (e.g.,
S_USER_AUTH
,S_TCODE
, etc.) and check if the authorization group is included.Modify Roles:
- If the user lacks the necessary authorization, you may need to modify the role using transaction
PFCG
(Role Maintenance).- Add the required authorization objects and values to the role that the user is assigned.
Consult with Security Team:
- If you do not have the necessary permissions to change roles or authorizations, contact your SAP security team or administrator to request the required access.
