No additional data was entered at the start of the distribution for the
intial order. For this reason, no additional data can be displayed.
You can in define in the Customizing work step
<DS:SIMG.CF_OVPS_V_TDIBP>Define context</> which additonal data is
supported.
Additional data is saved as characteristics of a class (class type
170). You can valuate the charactersitics of the class with the
function <ZH>additional data</> during distribution. This additional
data is copied by the system to the cover sheet of the distribution
order.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
