  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP system using your user ID and password. 
  2. Enter transaction code KEA0_OP in the command field. 
  3. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  4. Enter the required information for the new operating concern, such as name, description, and parent-child relationships. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the new operating concern. 
  6. To edit an existing operating concern, select it from the list of existing operating concerns and then select “Change” from the menu bar. 
  7. Make any necessary changes and then select “Save” to save them. 
  8. To delete an existing operating concern, select it from the list of existing operating concerns and then select “Delete” from the menu bar. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the operating concern by selecting “Yes” when prompted.
