  Overview:
  KEA0 is a transaction code used in SAP Controlling (CO) module. It is used to maintain an operating concern in the system. An operating concern is a unit of organizational structure that is used to define the scope of a controlling area. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The KEA0 transaction code allows users to create, change, and delete an operating concern. It also allows users to assign a controlling area to the operating concern and assign a currency to the controlling area. Additionally, it allows users to assign a company code to the controlling area and assign a chart of accounts to the company code. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the KEA0 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the operating concern and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Assign Controlling Area” from the menu bar and enter the name of the controlling area you want to assign to the operating concern. 
  5. Select “Assign Currency” from the menu bar and enter the currency you want to assign to the controlling area.
