  Overview:
  VOTIV25 is a SAP transaction code used to maintain values tables and base rents in the Real Estate Management (RE-FX) module. It is used to store and manage data related to the rental values of properties. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The VOTIV25 transaction code allows users to create, view, and edit values tables and base rents. It also allows users to assign values tables to properties, as well as view and edit existing values tables. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the VOTIV25 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the required information for the values table or base rent you are creating. 
  4. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  5. To assign a values table to a property, select the “Assign” option from the menu bar and enter the required information for the property you are assigning it to. 
  6. To view or edit an existing values table, select the “Display” option from the menu bar and enter the required information for the values table you wish to view or edit. 
  7. Select “Save” to save your changes.
