  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. Enter the transaction code VARC-SD into the command field. 
  2. Select the type of document you want to archive from the dropdown menu. 
  3. Enter the document number or customer name in the search field. 
  4. Select the document you want to archive from the list of results. 
  5. Click “Archive” to store the document in the archive. 
  6. To view an archived document, select “View” from the dropdown menu and enter the document number or customer name in the search field. 
  7. To delete an archived document, select “Delete” from the dropdown menu and enter the document number or customer name in the search field. 
  8. To restore an archived document, select “Restore” from the dropdown menu and enter the document number or customer name in the search field.
