  The SAP transaction code VA53 is used to display item proposals in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module. It is used to view and analyze item proposals created by the system for a sales order.

  VA53 allows users to view and analyze item proposals created by the system for a sales order. It displays the proposed items, their quantities, and their prices. The user can then decide whether to accept or reject the proposal. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code VA53 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the sales order number in the Sales Order field. 
  3. Click on Execute (F8). 
  4. The system will display the item proposals for the sales order. 
  5. Review the proposals and decide whether to accept or reject them. 
  6. If you accept a proposal, click on Save (Ctrl+S). 
  7. If you reject a proposal, click on Delete (Ctrl+D). 
  8. Once you have accepted or rejected all of the proposals, click on Back (F3) to return to the main menu.
