  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into SAP using your user credentials. 
  2. Enter TTEC_COMMUNITY in the command field. 
  3. Select the “Create Community” option from the menu. 
  4. Enter a name for the community and select a category from the drop-down list. 
  5. Enter a description for the community and select a language from the drop-down list. 
  6. Select a logo for the community from your computer or upload one from an external source. 
  7. Assign roles and permissions to members of the community by selecting them from the list of available users.
