  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter TTEC_CACS into the command field and press enter. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name and description for the access sequence. 
  4. Select “Steps” from the menu bar and enter the desired condition types in the order you want them to be searched by the system. 
  5. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes.
