  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code TL3P is used to maintain variant groups in the SAP system. It allows users to create, change, and delete variant groups. Variant groups are used to store and manage variants of a particular object, such as a program or report. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The TL3P transaction code allows users to create, change, and delete variant groups. It also allows users to assign variants to a group, as well as assign a group to an object. Additionally, it allows users to view the variants assigned to a group and the objects assigned to a group. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the TL3P transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the variant group you want to create in the “Group Name” field. 
  4. Enter a description for the variant group in the “Description” field (optional). 
  5. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  6. To assign variants to a group, select “Variants” from the menu bar and enter the name of the variant you want to assign in the “Variant Name” field. 
  7. To assign a group to an object, select “Objects” from the menu bar and enter the name of the object you want to assign in the “Object Name” field. 
  8. Select “Save” from the menu
