  3. Enter a name for the number range and select “Create”. 
  4. Enter a description for the number range and select “Save”. 
  5. Assign the number range to a personnel area by selecting “Assign Number Range” from the menu on the left side of the screen. 
  6. Select a personnel area from the list and select “Save”. 
  7. Define an interval for the number range by selecting “Define Interval” from the menu on the left side of the screen. 
  8. Enter an interval value and select “Save”. 
  9. To define a number range for a personnel subarea, select “Define Number Range for Personnel Subarea” from the menu on the left side of the screen. 
  10. Enter a name for the number range and select “Create”. 
  11. Assign a personnel subarea to a personnel area by selecting “Assign Personnel Subarea” from the menu on the left side of the screen. 
  12. Select a personnel subarea from the list and select “Save”. 
  13. Exit out of IMG Activity OHANUM04 by selecting “Back” or pressing F3 on your keyboard twice in succession.

  It is important to note that changes made in IMG Activity OHANUM04 will not take effect until you have saved them and exited out of this activity completely (by pressing F3 twice).
