  3. Enter a name for your workflow template in the “Name” field. 
  4. Select “Create” again from the menu bar. 
  5. Enter a description for your workflow template in the “Description” field. 
  6. Select “Save” from the menu bar. 
  7. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate your workflow template. 
  8. Select “Create Workflow” from the menu bar to create a new workflow based on your template. 
  9. Enter a name for your new workflow in the “Name” field.
