  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code SO41 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for your customer layout set in the “Layout Set Name” field. 
  4. Select a font type, size, and color for your text in the “Font” tab. 
  5. Select a logo or graphic to be included in your document in the “Graphics” tab. 
  6. Select a background color for your document in the “Background” tab. 
  7. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your customer layout set. 
  8. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate your customer layout set for
