  Functionality: 
  SO13 enables users to create, edit, and delete substitute rules. These rules can be used to replace words or phrases with other words or phrases, as well as to insert text into documents. The rules can be applied to all documents created in SAPoffice, or they can be applied only to specific documents. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Access the SO13 transaction code by entering it into the command field in the SAP GUI. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new substitute rule. 
  3. Enter the text that should be replaced in the “From” field and the text that should replace it in the “To” field. 
  4. Select the “Save” button to save the rule. 
  5. To apply the rule to all documents, select the “Global” checkbox. To apply it only to specific documents, select the “Document” checkbox and enter the document name in the corresponding field. 
  6. Select the “Activate” button to activate the rule and make it available for use in documents. 
  7. To delete a rule, select it
