  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the SFTPM1 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the “Personnel Number” field. 
  4. Enter the start date and end date for the work schedule in the “Start Date” and “End Date” fields respectively. 
  5. Select the “Save” button to save the work schedule. 
  6. Select the “Change” option from the menu bar to make changes to an existing work schedule. 
  7. Select the “Display” option from the menu bar to view an existing work schedule. 
  8. Select the “Delete” option from the menu bar to delete an existing work schedule. 
  9. Select the “Back” button to return to the main menu of SFTPM1 transaction code.
