  3. The Archive Explorer window will open.

  5. View the contents of the archive by selecting a document or data item from the list of results. 
  6. Manage archived documents and data by selecting an item from the list of results and then selecting an action from the menu bar (e.g., delete, export). 
  7. When finished, select “Exit” from the menu bar to close the Archive Explorer window.
