  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code SARA in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Archive Administration” option from the menu. 
  3. Select the “Search” option from the menu. 
  4. Enter the criteria for your search (e.g., object type, object name, etc.). 
  5. Select the “Display” option from the menu to view the details of an archived object. 
  6. Select the “Delete” option from the menu to delete an archived object. 
  7. Select the “Status” option from the menu to view the status of an archiving job. 
  8. Select the “Monitor” option from the menu to monitor an archiving job. 
  9. Select the “Logs” option from the menu to view log files related to archiving jobs. 
  10. Select the “Exit” option from the menu when you are finished using SARA.
