  Overview:
  RCP02 is a dummy recipe transaction for the Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) module in SAP. It is used to create and maintain recipes for hazardous materials, such as chemicals, that are used in production processes. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The RCP02 transaction allows users to create and maintain recipes for hazardous materials. It also allows users to assign recipes to production orders, view the status of recipes, and delete recipes. Additionally, it provides users with the ability to view the details of a recipe, such as its ingredients and instructions. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the RCP02 transaction code into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the recipe name and description in the appropriate fields. 
  4. Enter the ingredients and instructions for the recipe in the appropriate fields. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the recipe. 
  6. To assign a recipe to a production order, select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the production order number in the appropriate field. 
  7. To view the status of a recipe, select “Status” from the menu bar and enter the recipe name in the appropriate field. 
  8. To delete a recipe, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the recipe name in the appropriate field. 
  9. To view details of a recipe, select “Details” from the menu bar and enter
