  2. Select the sample determination record that you want to delete or edit. 
  3. Click on the “Delete” button to delete the record or click on the “Edit” button to edit the record. 
  4. Confirm your changes by clicking on the “Save” button.

  It is important to note that once a sample determination record has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. Therefore, it is recommended that users take extra caution when deleting or editing sample determination records using QAC3.
