  Overview: 
  PT_QTA10 is an SAP transaction code used to view and manage absence quota information. It is used to view the current balance of an employee’s absence quota, as well as to adjust the balance of the quota. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The PT_QTA10 transaction code allows users to view and manage absence quota information for employees. This includes viewing the current balance of an employee’s absence quota, as well as adjusting the balance of the quota. The transaction code also allows users to view a list of all employees with an absence quota, and to view detailed information about each employee’s absence quota. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the PT_QTA10 transaction code in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Display” option from the menu. 
  3. Enter the employee ID or name in the “Employee” field. 
  4. Select the “Execute” button to view the employee’s absence quota information. 
  5. To adjust the balance of an employee’s absence quota, select the “Change” option from the menu. 
  6. Enter the new balance in the “Quota Balance” field and select “Save” to save your changes. 
  7. To view a list of all employees with an absence quota, select the “List” option from the menu and select “Execute” to view a list of all employees with an absence quota.
