  1. Enter the transaction code PRPPRO into the command field in SAP. 
  2. The maintenance view for print profiles will open up. 
  3. To create a new profile, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  4. Enter a name for the profile and adjust the settings as desired. 
  5. To change an existing profile, select it from the list and click on the “Change” button at the top of the screen. 
  6. Adjust the settings as desired and click “Save” when finished. 
  7. To delete a profile, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen.
