  1. Enter transaction code PQ19 in the command field.

  4. Select “Save” to save the record. 
  5. To change an existing record, select “Change” and enter the changes in the appropriate fields. 
  6. To view an existing record, select “Display” and enter the instructor’s name or ID number in the appropriate field. 
  7. To assign an instructor to a course, select “Assign Instructor” and enter the course ID number in the appropriate field.
