  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code PQ18 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the details of the new resource room in the fields provided. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new resource room. 
  5. To change an existing resource room, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the details of the changes in the fields provided. 
  6. To display an existing resource room, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the details of the resource room in the fields provided. 
  7. To assign resources to a resource room, select “Assign Resources” from the menu bar and enter the details of the resources in the fields provided.
