  Overview: 
  PIQGRAD is an SAP transaction code used to manage the graduation process for programs. It allows users to view and manage the graduation status of students enrolled in a program. 
  
  Functionality: 
  PIQGRAD enables users to view the graduation status of students enrolled in a program. It also allows users to set the graduation date for each student, as well as to update the graduation status of students who have already graduated. Additionally, PIQGRAD can be used to generate reports on the graduation status of students in a program. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into SAP and enter transaction code PIQGRAD. 
  2. Select the program for which you want to view or manage the graduation status of students. 
  3. View the list of students enrolled in the program and their current graduation status. 
  4. To update the graduation status of a student, select the student and click “Update”. 
  5. Enter the new graduation date for the student and click “Save”. 
  6. To generate a report on the graduation status of students in a program, select “Reports” from the menu bar and select “Graduation Status Report” from the list of available reports. 
  7. Select the program for which you want to generate a report and click “Generate Report”. 
  8. The report will be generated and can be viewed or printed as needed.
