  Overview:

  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PBAF in the command field. 
  2. Select the desired criteria for filtering the list of vacancies. 
  3. Select the desired vacancy from the list and click on “Assign”. 
  4. Enter the personnel ID of the person you wish to assign to the vacancy and click “Save”. 
  5. The vacancy will now be assigned to the selected personnel and will be marked as “Assigned” in the list.
