  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP system using your user ID and password. 
  2. Enter the transaction code OOVO in the command field. 
  3. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  4. Enter the details of the business event you wish to prebook, such as customer order number, sales order number, delivery order number, etc. 
  5. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. To view or edit an existing business event, select the “Display” option from the menu bar and enter the relevant details of the event you wish to view or edit. 
  7. To monitor and track your business events, select the “Monitor” option from the menu bar and
