    Overview:
    The SAP transaction code OOVD is used to create and maintain output sequences of text elements. It is used to define the order in which text elements are printed on a document. This transaction code is part of the SAP Basis module. 
    
    Functionality: 
    OOVD allows users to define the order in which text elements are printed on a document. This includes defining the sequence of text elements, such as titles, headings, and footers. It also allows users to define the font size, color, and other formatting options for each text element. 
    
    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter transaction code OOVD in the command field. 
    2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
    3. Enter a name for the output sequence and select “Save”. 
    4. Select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the name of the output sequence you created in step 3. 
    5. Select “Text Elements” from the menu bar and enter the text elements you want to include in your output sequence. 
    6. Select “Formatting” from the menu bar and enter formatting options for each text element, such as font size, color, etc. 
    7. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
    8. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate your output sequence.
