  Overview:
  SAP transaction code ON51 is used to maintain the organizational category hierarchy in the IS-H module. This hierarchy is used to define the organizational structure of a hospital and its departments.   Functionality: 
  The ON51 transaction code allows users to create, edit, and delete organizational categories in the IS-H module. It also allows users to assign personnel and cost centers to different departments. Additionally, it allows users to view the organizational structure of a hospital and its departments. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code ON51 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new organizational category. 
  3. Enter the name of the category and select “Save”. 
  4. Select the “Change” button to edit an existing category. 
  5. Enter the name of the category and select “Save”. 
  6. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing category. 
  7. Select “Yes” when prompted for confirmation of deletion. 
  8. Select “Display” button to view the organizational structure of a hospital and its departments. 
  9. Select “Assign Personnel” or “Assign Cost Centers” buttons to assign personnel or cost centers to different departments respectively. 
  10. Select “Save” when done making changes or assigning personnel/cost centers.
