  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the OIB3 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the budget profile you wish to create. 
  4. Enter the details of the budget profile, such as the currency, budget type, and budget period. 
  5. Save your changes. 
  6. To assign a budget profile to a project or investment program, select the “Assign” option from the menu bar. 
  7. Select the project or investment program you wish to assign a budget profile to. 
  8. Select the budget profile you wish to assign from the list of available profiles. 
  9. Save your changes. 
  10. To view current budget profile assignments, select the “Display” option from the menu bar and select a project or investment program from the list of available options.
