Overview: The SAP transaction code OIAZ is used to create and maintain field selection profiles for functional locations. It allows users to define which fields are visible in the functional location master data. Functionality: The OIAZ transaction code enables users to create and maintain field selection profiles for functional locations. This allows users to define which fields are visible in the functional location master data. The field selection profiles can be used to control the visibility of fields in the functional location master data, as well as to control the visibility of fields in the functional location hierarchy. Step-by-step How to Use: 1. Enter the transaction code OIAZ into the command field. 2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 3. Enter a name for the field selection profile and select “Save”. 4. Select “Change” from the menu bar and select the field selection profile you just created. 5. Select the fields you want to make visible in the functional location master data and select “Save”. 6. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the field selection profile. 7. Select “Assign” from the menu bar and assign the field selection profile to a functional location or a functional location hierarchy. 8. Select “Save” to save your changes. Other Recommendations: It is recommended that users create multiple field selection profiles for different types of functional locations, as this will allow them to control which fields are visible in each type of functional location master data more easily. Additionally, it is recommended that users test their field selection profiles before activating them, as this will ensure that they are working correctly before they are used in production environments.
